An 8 week private coaching experience
Conscious Ripple is an 8 week 1:1 coaching program for women who have spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to make space for themselves again.
Across eight weeks, we move through the Water → Pebble → Ripple → Return Method.
Together, we begin to recognise the experiences, relationships and inherited patterns that have shaped how you think, feel and respond.
From there, we create space to notice what is no longer serving you, practise different choices and reconnect with your own voice, needs and values.
This is not about changing everything at once.
It is about understanding what shaped you, becoming more aware of the patterns you are carrying and choosing what you want to take forward.
We begin with one small pebble and allow each conscious choice to create its own ripple.
Throughout the eight weeks, you will also use the Conscious Ripple Journal to support your reflection between our 1:1 sessions and help you put what we uncover into practice.
Is this for you?
This work may be for you if you have spent years being the one everyone relies on.
You hold the family together.
You show up for work.
You keep the commitments.
You notice what everyone else needs.
And somewhere in all of that, you have lost sight of yourself.
You may be ready for this work if you:
• feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness
• find it difficult to say no without guilt
• put your own needs at the bottom of the list
• notice yourself repeating patterns you promised you would not repeat
• feel disconnected from who you are outside your roles and responsibilities
• know something needs to change, but you are not sure where to begin
You do not need to have the answers before we start.
You just need to be ready to get curious about what shaped you, what you are still carrying, and what you want to choose now.
What's included
Your 8 week 1:1 coaching experience includes:
• Private 1:1 coaching sessions with Cathy
• The Conscious Ripple Journal to support your reflection between sessions
• The Water → Pebble → Ripple → Return Method
• Space to explore the patterns, roles and expectations that have shaped you
• Support to help you recognise what is no longer working for you
• Practical ways to begin making different choices in everyday life
• A personalised coaching experience centred around what is happening in your life now
This is not a one-size-fits-all process.
We work with what is real for you.
You will have space to slow things down, notice the patterns that keep showing up and begin choosing how you want to respond instead.
The journal supports the work between sessions, so what we uncover in our conversations does not simply stay in the room. You have a place to reflect, notice what is changing and keep returning to yourself.
The Conscious Ripple Journal
A place to keep the work moving between our sessions.
The Conscious Ripple Journal is included as part of your 8 week coaching experience.
It gives you space to slow down, reflect on what we uncover together and begin noticing the patterns that can be easy to miss when life is moving quickly.
You will use the journal throughout the Water → Pebble → Ripple → Return Method to explore what shaped you, recognise what is showing up now and consider what you want to choose differently.
This is not about filling in pages perfectly or finding the “right” answer.
It is a space for honesty, curiosity and noticing.
A place to hear your own voice more clearly.
And something you can return to long after our eight weeks together.
The journal supports the coaching. The coaching brings the journal to life.
